In our third and final podcast in the series covering the 100-Day Challenge efforts in Baltimore, Columbus, Hennepin County, Louisville and Palm Beach County, we spotlight Palm Beach County.  Kat Hammer and Nicole Frederick from the Palm Beach County 100-Day Challenge team discuss their challenge goal and how they accomplished it.  They also discuss coordinated entry, case consultation, youth collaboration, what is meant by "functional 0" and how close they are as a community to ending youth homelessness for good.
