I thank you for your inspirational speech. Working with the hardest community to serve, addictions, low-income, Homelessness, sexually exploited, domestic violence, criminal background, trauma and crisis daily is very important for staff to maintain there own self care and I like the tools that you apply in your life is very helpful advise.
